Unleash your inner creative artist for love's sake. Dance, sketch, write, vocalize and play movement-based theater games designed to get you out of the judging mind and into the loving body. In this workshop, we'll practice unconditional body love and community care.

RhythmTherapy Creative arts salons allow participants to embrace the natural intuitive, creative energy we all have.  Practicing creative arts with the intention of radical expression is liberating. Folks leave RhythmTherapy Creative Arts salons feeling free. 

Masks are required for this class.

Please wear clothes suitable for yoga, bring a light flowy scarf to dance with and a water bottle to rehydrate. We do dance vigorously during the session.
