To be a functioning adult is a complex balance of mastery, competency, emotional intelligence, work ethic, and burnout-avoidance. Knowing your contribution and accepting other people’s unique differences and experiences can increase morale, and motivation, deepen relationships and grow the quality of the contribution you make to the world.
In this workshop, Danielle merges her talent for teaching adults with mastery of methods, tools, and insights around human development. Participants will leave with practices to understand themselves and other people better, cultivate authentic connections, recognize strengths, create a personal culture for self-care and grow emotional, intellectual, and instinctual intelligence.
Participants who join this session will leave with tools for:
- Reducing stress and increasing clarity in the three intelligence centers: The Head, Heart and Gut.
- Learning and utilizing tools and practices for understanding different types of people and working well within constraints (be they relational or occupational)
- Deepening a specific understanding of how to develop and grow personal gifts, contributions, relieve stress and understand how to navigate triggers, and fully access the information within our responses to said triggers.
